This news was actually posted in the Yahoo news last Feb 8.

Wonacott Communications, an award-winning full-service independent public relations and integrated communications agency has been tap up with three Dynamic Social entertainments, one of those is Ndoors Interactive.
Ndoors Interactive selected Wonacott Communications over two competitive public relations firms during an agency review. Wonacott will help promote several of the online game publisher’s award-winning free-to-play massively multiplayer online games (MMOGs). Wonacott Communications kicked off its PR initiatives with the launch of the 2D side-scrolling massively multi-player online role-playing game (MMORPG) WonderKing, and is tasked with helping to increase visibility for the popular Atlantica Online, a strategic turn-based MMORPG. Also Meteor games and Sleepy Giant were also the 2 companies tap up with Wonacott Communications.

Atlantica Online is a great game. More PR couldn't hurt. Though it's interesting to see this. Are they struggling or are they attempting to take a bigger share?
