I have a constant 40ms ping to each server with no packet loss. I have a Radeon 4890, 4 gigs of ram, quad core AMD Phenom 2 processor. Yet I see people and NPC's warp around the screen randomly and sometimes I see people riding their horses backwards. I can be hit by another player who is 10+ feet away from me. It does not matter if I have settings on full or on fastest framerate, no adjustment of WARs graphics cures the issue.
The definition of insanity: doing the same thing over and over expecting different results. When will developers become sane? |

Very weird ,if you have this kind of problem it means de-sync /high ping and/or pocket loss .Is your clock /date correct ? I seen wrong clock time /date can cause these kind of weird things at other games . btw is this happening at peak hours or everytime?

Your network setup is the problem here and packet loss, try disabling QoS from network card properties. Might be something your ISP can fix also. |

I remember having the same strange issues with DAoC years and years ago now that I think about it. I forgot what I did to fix it but do remember it was settings directly related to the network card (was a totally different system too, not my current computer). I have 0 packet loss and great ping to the servers. I created a ticket a few days ago about the issue at the support site but have not gotten an answer yet. Could it just be me seeing how out of sync the game is? I played Darkfall and it had almost perfect sync. I got used to waylaying people with an axe that I aimed and swung myself. Edit: I have correct date and time. I can not find that setting under my network card properties. Its a Realtek card that is integrated in my motherboard. some use w7 some use xp i havent had teleportation issue so far ,if war support large adress aware it would be nice for you to activate laa! |

Their Net code is horrible.. that's why.. End of story. World of Warcraft on the other hand has amazing net code.. Their AI is smooth as silk.. in War I constantly see their AI warping and "gliding" around. |

I had a few issues when i was running wireless. I made some new cables long enough and hardwired my net connection. It helped alot. Are you wireless broadband? Treat people how you wish to be treated.. Its that easy |
