Grow up.
I can understand a 12 year old being upset that a situation requires more patience or work than they had hoped for but you adults need to grow the F up. The information you are looking for is in the confirmation page of your order, the email they send and also can be found through the support pages/forum. Instead of taking responsibility for your own life and incompetence you come to a forum and anonymously bash a business. If you had spent as much time figuring out your problem as you did trolling here you would be playing APB. Personally I feel that your time is better spent here anyway as the game is currently mediocre at best. Like the million or so other people though, billing works just fine for me. But then again, I am a fully functioning, cognizant adult who has managed to feed and dress himself for many years now.
If you do have some sort of mental disability I in no way mean to offend you and will gladly help you resolve these issues. Otherwise please stop stealing oxygen from those of us who have use for it. |

Already said, I don't want to spend my time fighting screwed billing and support of the "mediocre game" |

Originally posted by huskie77 No email confirmation, nothing. To "spam folder" - I received multiple emails from APB and RTW in my inbox, incl. "Your order is currently being processed". I repeat - CC charged on Saturday, no points delivery on Tuesday. Maybe they send it via USPS lol. And why exactly should I care about some confirmation emails? Just update my points balance on my account page, as every other game does.

Why are you still raging? If you disputed charges like you said then you aren't getting a key. Although your credit card company likely rolled your eyes that you called them up about $5. As for the others who have your problem. Guess what.. they are a minority. I bought points, no problem. And like everyone else that had no problem I played instead of posting on the forums that my billing worked. People have tried to help you. Perhaps the email is simply stuck in traffic. It happens from time to time. People have tried to offer advice and you've simply replied like a spoiled brat on a rightous tantrum. As part of the APB community I am glad you aren't playing. |

The minority will soon become large enough to shut down the scammers by CC companies. |

Seriously? You are questioning my intelligence when you cannot form sentences? Seriously your billing problem is almost certainly an ID 10-T error. I will send you $5 through paypal if you agree to never play APB again. This is not a joke.
Calling a company "scammers" because of a billing problem is tantamount to slander. DO you really believe they would risk their business by trying to scam $5 from a couple of people? Or even a thousand people? Stop being an infantile troll. |

Originally posted by comicaze I am not sure what it is that you are trying to convey? I am honestly sorry that I was assuming english is your native language. I mean no disrespect if it is not. Please try to rephrase your message, possibly in your native tongue, so that I can be clear. Right now your sentences are broken, with poor grammar and erratic punctuation. I am not perfect either but I do want to understand what it is that you are saying or at least figure out what is fueling this sense of entitlement you feel. Billing problems occur in all industries and are unfortunately part of life now. If you are calm, patient and respectful people will go out of their way to help you. |

Originally posted by huskie77 That you are trying to divert the thread from the billing to imaganative grammar issues. Though if that gives you a bit of the self-proclaimed mental superiority, be my guest of fun. Originally posted by huskie77 That doesn't mean they should be tolerated, especially where there is a choice. I didn't ask for any help. |

Comicaze, I can see from your posts and replies you are angry and seem to want to wreak vengeance on anyone who comments aka fuel the fire within. Let me lay this down to you in a positive way. Do you know the work that is required to integrate a billing system into a database to automatically, migrate, translate data to and from mulitple systems with not one error? Lots Every new game, and that is game not MMO, has hitches. It could be due to mass volume of traffic, a bug not picked up in beta, it could be many reasons. All in all, if you choose to play a game that has come out with the first 4 weeks, expect glitches. Expect the inevitable issue(s). Every MMO I have played from release has had problems. Your expectation seems to be that your a new player, desperate to get in to join your mates or whatever.... Maybe you should change your expectation and that of others that sometimse it wont work first time. Let me flip it on you. How many people do you think had the same problem and decided to contact support? 100, 1000s maybe? How many people went, oh well, try in the morning? Patience is a virtue my friend. Let what will happen, happen and change what you can control. |

I bought points for a monthly, had no issues what so ever. Email with my key came and I used it, instantly my time worked and was good.. If your stuff isn't working it could be your email blocking, your CC not going through or your browser being a big failure. |

I just think it's funny Huskie is telling people to grow up and then just starts in with the immature personal insults. |

Originally posted by Garick To start with, could you please explain to me the purpose of those emails? Why don't just update the point balance upon the payment? If they sell game time via third party resellers, they should request the key/pin/id/whatever at the payment page. That's pretty much standard functionality. No need to reinvent the wheel. |

I have to agree with the point system and billing is a bit different then most games by far. I just bought 400 points yesterday so this is how it worked out. 1. Bought it from website via paypal, paypal confirmed and they confirmed recieving payment in about 5 mins 2. You get a screen stating that they recieved your payment and you will be notified shortly. (On mine it did not say to check your email for notificiation.) So I logged into the game thinking the points were there but thankfully someone told me they send you a key via your email. 3. I recieved the final email about 1= 1 1/2 hours after paying through paypal. They give you a key that you imput via your proile account on their website. I did that and immediatly got updated the 400 points.
My overall thoughts is ya, I dont really like the system but it eventually works. I would highly highly recommend not to wait for the last minute to buy points to resub, cause if you do that and only have a very short time left, your not really guarenteed to know for sure exactly when you will recieve that email

See, this is what happens when people not playing the game, or using the system in question is misleading, false and disingenuous. The key for your points are always listed right on the confirmation page. You dont even have to wait for the e-mail. Originally posted by Mrbloodworth This is a very good example of a very bad design. No data/system integration and unintuitive user interface. They are not expecting to see some kind of a key they have to enter manually (sic!) farther donwstream. |

Ya know you don't even really have to pay for more time. Just sell stuff. I'm good for a few months after just a week of playing. |

Originally posted by Mrbloodworth I don't need that key, and the system does not need that key. They have enough information to update my points without bothering me with any keys. Stop talking about the things you have no slightest idea about, keep posting nice pictures instead, moron. |
