The best thing I can suggest is that you find a guild. Type /u on your keyboard and a guild window will pop up. You can search to find the specific type of guild you want using the search function or you can just manually search. I'm in a fantastic guild on Mistmoore. I love these guys. They built and gave me a rare set of armor for the level i was at when I joined the guild for free, and then gave me a full platinum to start. They are also incredibly helpful with anything you might need. They are called "Order of the White Bear".

Please remember something...

I'm a girl. Yes, I'm a gamer chick. I'm rare and unusual. And the Moirae are the three greek goddesses of fate also known as Clotho (spinner of the thread of life), Lachesis (determine the length of the thread of life), and Atropos (cuts the thread of life). All women.

dont forget to activate large adress aware if you got 4 gig of ram .also leave gama, contrast and brightness setting to default

(it will use your computer setting so just calibrate those setting on your computer propewrly and you ll get very nice graphic

this game doesnt have AA tho .i ear theres a way to activate it but i dont have a clue about that

tenton hammer and eq2wikia are good site for basic info .

lastly theres is a kind of ah thing for guild in eq2 ,it list all guild looking for  player what they ask for etc the whole nine yard

so its probably the best place to look .also some do a bit of spamming but its so low key compared to wow  it cant be called spamming lol!have fun in eq2 i sure do (took me a while to set up my gear that why i mention the one i believe can make a diff in your fun factor the rest is your usual macro etc deal !

Of all of the games I've played, EQ2 is the only one that I really like about as much as WoW, but WoW is the only one that seems to have the ability to constantly suck me back in.
