Yeah its just for peeps that want an idea of how it plays before they pick it up ...  but hey thanks anyway :)

Thank you for that. It was nice to see what the game looks like during actual play.  I'm afraid I'm not a fan of the graphics and will not be picking this up.

Thank you summitu, that was a fun watch. Great to get me pumped a bit, as I am at 70% now updated. Takes forever waiting, heh!

Glad you like the game I do too :) I thought I would combine my you tube addiction and do something useful for the mmorpg.com community !

Just curious did you have a lot of disconnections during your marathon session ? 

 Nice vids. Just a suggestion but if your going to read the mission then read the mission. The mumbling makes it slightly hard to want to watch it. Good job other than that though. And please continue to upload especially the farther in you get just to get an idea if the charges of the game being repetitive are true or not.

After watching part 1 and 2 I have to ask what the hell cryptic was thinking?    Noob mission is to kill borg drones?   Seriousy?   They took one of the most difficult yet entertaining tasks of TNG and made it a yawn fest.    I dont even care to watch the rest as I have a feeling it will involve destroying that borg cube before hitting lvl 1.

and lol !  your right you do have to help destroy a Borg Cube a little further on. But the game does get better as you go forward and the missions I have done so far have been varied and quite interesting.

 Want to bump what is most likely the most useful thread since OB started.  The videos are a good unbiased way of seeing the game for what it is.

 Im seriously not trying to be a troll, but did anyone else laugh their ass's off watching this?

I swear the game reminds me more of a crappy fan project, rather than a multi-million dollar MMO.

O Just to add in, my favorite line was "Im an emergency medical hologram...not a doctor." 

The voice acting was so horrible, seriously.

Although I most likely will not play it due to my distaste for cryptic. I thought the videos looked better than what I thought they would.

I was a bit disappointed I missed the free beta keys,   then I saw the gameplay.   Yikes.     From the first hour this looks nothing like the StarTrek I know and love.       I will pass on this.

Really sheds some light on what the game is actually like. Not doctored up or edited just a pure unbiased video of what its like.

Let me join in on the communities' patting of the OP's back. Nicely done. I only skimmed it a bit because I want don't want to spoil myself.That's part of the reason I haven't done the beta. But it's great for those who are still making up their minds. Keep up the good work. I might skip around some more just to catch some space combat. :)

I'm going to do a little more footage later on today, as there are some elements to the game that cannot  be seen in just the first hour, so I think it only fair to give people that are on the fence about the game, the full picture of most of the elements that are in the game at this stage.

 good lord, for those worried about the graphics, hes got them set to absolute max low and then removed even more quality when he uploaded to you(cantpostbigfilessothequalityalwayssucks)tube.  the game isnt even remotely that ugly.
